Forms, Surveys & QR Codes

The Form Builder allows you to create drag-and-drop forms that integrate directly with your CRM contacts and automation workflows.

1. Create a Form: Navigate to the "Forms" tab and click "Create New Form".
2. Drag Fields: Drag elements like First Name, Email, Phone, or Custom Fields from the right panel onto the canvas.
3. Styling: Use the "Styles" tab to change button colors, border radius, and CSS to match your brand identity.
4. Embedding: Once saved, click "Integrate" to get the embed code for your website or a direct link to a hosted version.

Surveys offer more advanced functionality than standard forms, allowing for pagination and conditional logic.

1. Logic Jumps: Set up conditional logic so that different questions appear based on previous answers (e.g., if a user selects "Satisfied," skip the complaint box).
2. Slides vs. List: Choose to display one question at a time (Slide view) for better mobile engagement, or all at once (List view).
3. Scoring: Assign scores to specific answers to qualify leads automatically based on their survey responses.
4. Analysis: View aggregate data and individual submissions in the "Submissions" tab to analyze trends.

Bridge the gap between offline and online marketing by generating QR codes that link directly to your forms, surveys, or landing pages.

1. Select Target: Choose whether the QR code should open a specific URL, a hosted form, or send an SMS.
2. Customize Design: You can add your logo to the center of the QR code and change the foreground/background colors to match your brand.
3. Download: Export your QR code as a PNG or SVG file for use on flyers, business cards, or event banners.
