Dashboards

Your Velocity360 dashboard is your command center. It's the first thing you see when you log in and can be customized to show you the exact key performance indicators (KPIs) you need to monitor your business at a glance.

Dashboards are made up of "widgets." Each widget is a small card that displays a specific piece of data, such as 'New Leads Today', 'Tasks Due', or 'Pipeline Value'.

To add a new widget:

• Click the "Edit Dashboard" button at the top right of your screen.
• Click the "Add Widget" button.
• A library of available widgets will appear. Select the ones you want to add.
• Click "Save Changes".

To remove a widget, enter "Edit Dashboard" mode and click the 'X' icon on the widget you wish to remove.

You can rearrange your dashboard to put the most important information front and center. While in "Edit Dashboard" mode, simply click and drag any widget to a new position. The other widgets will automatically adjust to fit the new layout. You can also resize widgets by dragging their bottom-right corner.

You aren't limited to just one dashboard. You can create multiple dashboards for different purposes. For example, you might have one dashboard for your sales team, one for your marketing team, and one for your personal productivity.

To create a new dashboard, look for the dashboard name at the top of the page (e.g., "Main Dashboard") and click the dropdown menu. You will see an option to "Create New Dashboard". Give it a name, and you can start adding widgets just for that view.
