👤 Profile Details & Email Signature
This section is where you manage your personal identity within Velocity360, ensuring your contact information and outgoing emails are professional and up-to-date.
Updating Contact Information
- Using the left side panel, navigate to Settings then go into My Profile.
- Update your personal details (Name, Email, Phone) and verify everything is correct.
- Add your Email Signature in the designated text box. You can choose to apply this signature to all outgoing emails.
- * Pro Tip - Do not add photos in this signature, as they can break formatting.
- * Pro-Tip - Do not add clickable links (include the URL, but the link itself will need to be copy/pasted by the recipient).
- Click Update Profile to save all changes.
🔒 Password & Security
Maintain a high level of account security by regularly updating your credentials and knowing how to manage your active sessions.
Managing Your Access
- Changing Your Password (If Logged In): In the My Profile section, look for the "Change Password" box on the right. Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm it. Click Change Password.
- Resetting Your Password (If Locked Out): If you cannot log in, use the "Forgot Password" link on the main login screen to send a password reset link to your registered email address.
- Sign Out Everywhere: If you lose a device or suspect unauthorized access, there is typically a button or link in the My Profile security settings that forces a sign-out on all active sessions across all devices.
📅 User Availability
Defining your time zone and working hours is essential for accurate calendar booking and ensuring clients only book appointments when you are truly available.
Setting Your Working Hours
- In the My Profile section, scroll down to the User Availability area.
- Verify Time Zone: Ensure your time zone is set correctly to prevent booking errors.
- Available Hours: Select the days you are available and add the time blocks you are able to take meetings.
- * If you have the same hours every day, use the **copy symbol** on the right of the first day to quickly copy those hours down to all available days.
- Click Update Availability at the bottom of the section to save.
