📖 1. What are Brand Boards?
A Brand Board is a central hub where you can store all of your brand's visual assets. This includes your logos, brand colors, and font styles.
The primary benefit is consistency. Instead of searching for the correct logo file or guessing your brand's hex code, you and your team can access the Brand Board directly from the Email Builder, Page Builder, and other tools. This ensures every piece of marketing you create is perfectly on-brand.

- Logo Management: Upload all your logo variations (e.g., full color, white, icon-only).
- Color Palette: Define your primary, secondary, and tertiary brand colors by their hex codes.
- Font Styling: Specify your brand's heading and body fonts.
- Builder Integration: Your saved colors and fonts will automatically appear in the color pickers and font menus inside the builders.
🚀 3. How to Set Up Your Brand Board
- Navigate to Marketing > Brand Boards. (This may also be located under Settings > Brand Board).
- Click "Create Brand Board" or edit the default one.
- Upload Logos: Drag and drop your logo files (PNG, JPG, SVG) into the logo section.
- Add Colors: Click the "+" icon in the color palette section. Enter the hex code for each of your brand colors (e.g.,
#0D9488) and give it a name. - Set Fonts: Select your preferred fonts for "Headings" and "Body Text" from the dropdown menus.
- Click "Save".
💡 4. How to Use Your Brand Board Assets
Now, when you are in the Email Builder or Page Builder:
- When you click on a text element to edit its color, your saved brand colors will appear at the top of the color picker.
- When you are editing a text block, your brand's heading and body fonts will be the default options in the font selection menu.
- When you add an "Image" block, you will see an option to select directly from your uploaded brand logos.
