✍️ 3. Applying and Editing Tags

Step 6 – Applying Tags to Contacts

Once created, your new tag can be applied manually to individual contacts or automatically through Workflows and Bulk Actions. Tags are key to segmenting your audience for targeted campaigns.

Best Practice Tip:

Keep your tag structure organized. Avoid creating duplicate or overly similar tags, as this can make your automation and reporting complicated.

Step 7 – Editing or Deleting Existing Tags

To manage existing tags, return to the Tags list in Settings. You can click on any tag name to rename it, or use the corresponding action menu (often three dots ...) to access options like editing or deleting the tag. Deleting a tag will remove it from all associated contacts.
