๐Ÿ’ณ 1. Accessing Payment Integrations

Step 1 โ€“ Log into Velocity 360

Ensure you have logged into your Velocity 360 account with the necessary permissions to manage billing and payment gateways.

Step 2 โ€“ Using the left side panel go into Payments

Navigate to the left-side navigation panel and click on the Payments menu item.

Step 3 โ€“ Using the top drop down open Integrations

On the Payments page, use the top navigation bar or dropdown menu to select Integrations.

๐Ÿ”— 2. Connecting Your Payment Method

Step 4 โ€“ Choose Your Desired Payment Method

The Integrations page will display available payment providers. Select your desired payment method from the list.

  • Once you have selected your payment method, use the right side of the card to click Connect.
  • If you do not see your payment method listed immediately, use the bottom button labeled โ€œSearch for Moreโ€ to expand the options.

Step 5 โ€“ Connect and Set Default

Once you click connect, a popup will prompt you to authorize and link your payment account (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). You will also have the option at the top to Set as Default and manage other payment methods if you have multiple options connected.

Security Note:

Velocity360 uses secure, tokenized connections (OAuth) and never stores your raw payment gateway credentials. You will be redirected to the provider's website to complete the authorization process.
