Important Note:

You can only merge a maximum of 10 contacts at one time. If you have more than ten duplicates of the same person, you will need to perform the merge process in batches.

โœ… 3. Reviewing and Finalizing the Merge

Step 6 โ€“ Review Data and Select Master Contact

A review screen will appear. You must select the Master Contact (the record you want to keep) and manually choose which information fields you want to combine from the other records. Once satisfied, select Merge Contacts at the bottom of the page.

Step 7 โ€“ Verify the Merged Contact

After the merge is complete, refresh your Contacts page. You should now see only one single contact record, which contains the combined information you selected in the previous step.

Pro Tip:

When merging, ensure the Master Contact has the most critical data points (like most recent activity or correct mailing address) selected. The non-master records are permanently deleted, but their history is transferred to the master record.
