πŸš€ 1. Campaign Initialization

Step 1 – Log into LinkedIn Lead Gen

Begin by logging into your Velocity360 account and navigating to the LinkedIn Lead Gen section.

Step 2 – Using the left side panel open Campaigns

In the left-hand navigation panel, locate and click the Campaigns link to view all existing campaigns.

Step 3 – On the right side you will see Create Campaign

Click the Create Campaign button, typically located on the top right side of the screen, to start the setup process for a new campaign.

βš™οΈ 2. Configuration & Settings

Step 4 – Select β€œI’m an Advanced User”

To unlock all configuration options, select the I'm an Advanced User option when prompted.

Step 5 – Name your campaign and select Save

Provide a descriptive name for your campaign in the designated field, and then click Save to proceed to the next step.

Step 6 – Here you will need to select the Import that works best for you

Choose the import method that matches your current lead generation strategy (e.g., list upload, CRM sync). Select the best option for your campaign and continue.

Step 7 – Here you can select what may apply to your campaign, then select Save and Continue

Review the subsequent configuration settings (such as filtering, targeting, etc.). Check the boxes that apply to your campaign goals and click Save and Continue.

βœ… 3. Template Selection & Review

Step 8 – Here you will need to use the β€œUse Proven Template”

To ensure optimal performance, select the Use Proven Template option to leverage pre-optimized outreach sequences.

Step 9 – Find the desired template and select it using the actions button on the right

Browse the library of templates. Once you find the one that fits your strategy, use the actions button (usually a three-dot menu) on the right side of the template row to select it.

Step 10 – Review the sequence(s) listed then Save and Continue

Carefully review the steps and messages within the imported template sequence. Once satisfied, click Save and Continue to finalize the campaign setup.

Pro Tip:

Even when using a 'Proven Template,' always customize the messaging to include specific personalization tokens and references to your prospects' profiles for significantly higher connection and response rates.
