Staff Voicemail Management

A step-by-step guide to adding custom voicemail files to staff user profiles.

👤 1. Accessing Staff User Settings

Step 1 – Log into Velocity 360

Ensure you have logged into your Velocity 360 account with the necessary permissions to manage staff settings.

Step 2 – Navigate to My Staff

Using the left side panel, click on **Settings**, and then navigate to **My Staff**.

Step 3 – Edit the Target User

Find the user you are looking to add a voicemail for and select the **pencil icon** to open their editing panel.

📞 2. Uploading the Voicemail File

Step 4 – Go to Call & Voicemail settings

In the user's editing panel, locate and select **Call & Voicemail settings** from the navigation menu on the left side.

Step 5 – Upload the MP3 or WAV File

Scroll down to the bottom of the **Call & Voicemail settings** page. You will see the **Upload mp3/wav File** section where you can select and upload your custom voicemail greeting.

💾 3. Finalizing and Saving Changes

Step 6 – Select Save

After successfully uploading your voicemail file, scroll to the bottom right of the editing panel and click the **Save** button to apply the changes to the user's profile.

Note:

Only MP3 and WAV files are supported for custom voicemail greetings. Ensure your audio file meets the specified format and quality requirements.
