📄 1. Accessing Documents & Contracts
Step 1 – Log into Velocity 360
Ensure you have logged into your Velocity 360 account with the necessary permissions to access and manage payments and documents.
Step 2 – Open Payments from the left side panel
Navigate to the main navigation menu and click on the Payments option.

Step 3 – Open Documents & Contracts Tab
Along the top pane within the Payments section, you will see a navigation bar. Click on the Documents & Contracts tab to view your current list.

➕ 2. Adding a New Document
Step 4 – Select the +New button
To initiate the creation of a new document or contract, locate and select the +New button on the right side of the Documents & Contracts view.
Step 5 – Choosing a Creation Method
Selecting the +New button will drop down a list of options for how you want to create your document:
New document: This option will create a blank document for you to build from scratch.
Upload existing PDF: This allows you to upload and import an existing PDF file into your document library.
Import from Template Library: This will open a selection of premade document and contract templates you can customize.
⚙️ 3. Managing Existing Documents
Step 6 – Using the Document Options Menu
For any existing document in your list, you can access additional actions by clicking on the three dots (•••) icon located on the right side of the document's row.
This menu opens a list of available options, which typically include actions such as Delete, Download, or View/Edit the document.
Pro Tip:
Regularly review your documents and archive or delete old/unused drafts to keep your contract library clean and easy to navigate.
