Manage inbound replies and set up rules for forwarding emails.

📧 1. Setting Your "Reply-To" Address

When you send an email campaign, you can specify a "Reply-To" address that is different from your "From" address. This is useful if you want replies to go directly to a sales team member or a support inbox (e.g., [email protected]) instead of the generic sending address (e.g., [email protected]).

You set this in the "Campaign Setup" screen for any new email campaign.

How it Works

When the recipient clicks "Reply," their email client automatically uses the address you specified in the Reply-To header, ensuring timely and correct internal routing of client responses.

➡️ 2. Setting Up Email Forwarding

Velocity360 allows you to set up forwarding rules for any "From" address associated with your authenticated domains. This is done through the Domain settings and bypasses the need to set up forwarding with your external DNS provider.

Forwarding Setup Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > Domains and select the domain you wish to configure.
  2. Go to the "Forwarding" tab.
  3. Click "Add Forwarding Rule".
  4. Enter the alias you want to create (e.g., info for [email protected]).
  5. Enter one or more destination email addresses (e.g., [email protected], [email protected]).
  6. All emails sent to [email protected] will now be automatically forwarded to the destination addresses.
