📊 1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

When you view a campaign report, you will see several key metrics. Here's what they mean:

Core Metrics Explained

  • Open Rate: The percentage of recipients who opened your email. This is tracked using a small, invisible pixel.
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR): The percentage of recipients who clicked at least one link in your email.
  • Unsubscribe Rate: The percentage of recipients who unsubscribed from your list using the link in this email.
  • Bounce Rate: The percentage of emails that could not be delivered. (See "Bounce Classifications" for more detail).

🚀 2. Viewing Your Reports

You can find reports for individual campaigns by navigating to Marketing > Email Campaigns and clicking the "Report" button next to any completed campaign.

A full dashboard of your aggregated email performance can be found under Analytics > Email Dashboard. This allows you to track trends over time.

Report Functionality

  • Drill Down: Click on any metric (e.g., Opens) in the report to see a list of the specific contacts who performed that action.
  • Export: Use the export function to download a CSV file of the raw data or the list of contacts who opened/clicked/bounced.
  • Activity Timeline: All opens and clicks are also logged individually on the associated contact's activity timeline for a complete historical view.
