Managing Payment Methods
The Payments hub will be where you manage all saved payment methods (credit cards, bank details) and configure automatic payment preferences for your account.
🧾 Create & Send One-Off Invoices
Bill your clients and track payment status directly using the built-in invoicing tools.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Payments > Invoices. Click + New Invoice.
- Select the client (contact) and set the Due Date.
- Click + Add Product to add line items (or click Create New Product if it's a new item).
- (Optional) Add a Discount or Payment Schedule.
- Click Send Invoice (via Email or SMS). Your logo (if uploaded in Business Profile) will appear on the invoice.
Note: The system also allows for setting up Tax Rates and Coupon Codes in separate areas to apply to invoices.
