📊 The Dashboard View
The "My Automations" screen is your command center. It lists every workflow you have created. From here, you can organize, toggle status, and delete old workflows.
Folders
Group workflows by category (e.g., "Marketing," "Sales," "HR") to keep your dashboard clean.
Status Toggle
Quickly turn a workflow ON or OFF directly from the list view without opening the editor.
Total Enrolled
See how many contacts have passed through a specific workflow at a glance.
📝 Execution Logs
If you are unsure if a workflow fired correctly, check the Logs tab within the workflow.
What Logs Show
This provides a timestamped history of every action taken for every contact, allowing you to troubleshoot failed steps or confirm successful message delivery.
⚙️ Settings & Configuration
Clicking "Settings" inside a workflow allows you to configure advanced options.
Key Options
- Allow Re-entry: Determines if a contact can go through the same workflow more than once. (Useful for appointment reminders, dangerous for "Welcome" emails).
- Stop on Response: Automatically removes a contact from the workflow if they reply to an email or SMS sent by the workflow.
- Time Windows: Restricts the workflow to only send messages during specific business hours or days.
