SMS Snippets are pre-written, personalized text messages that can be inserted quickly into any conversation. They ensure consistency and speed up your communication workflow.

Snippet Creation Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > Templates & Snippets.
  2. Select the SMS Snippets tab.
  3. Click + New Snippet and give it a short, memorable name (e.g., "IntroGreeting").
  4. Type or paste your message content. Use merge tags (e.g., [Contact.FirstName]) to automatically personalize the text.
  5. Click Save Snippet. You can now use this snippet when sending manual text messages to contacts.
